CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — One person is dead after a shooting at a park in northeast Charlotte Monday afternoon, officials say.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police reported a homicide investigation at Devonshire Park in the 6300 block of Barrington Drive. Around 4:02 pm., officers found the victim in a wooded area. Medic pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
The victim’s identity has not been released. No word yet on whether anyone has been arrested in this case…
