NCDMV announces positive changes on the way for teen driver’s license testing

CHARLOTTE, NC – The state DMV has begun certifying private Driver’s ED schools to administer road tests for teens who want to get their Level 2 Limited Provisional Driver’s License.

The Level 2 Limited Provisional license allows teens 16 years of age or older to drive unsupervised from 5am- 9pm and with a supervised driver outside of those hours.
