CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A Mecklenburg County courthouse employee was charged with a misdemeanor for bringing a weapon into the Mecklenburg County Courthouse on Tuesday, Oct. 21.
The gun was found inside employee Adrienne White’s purse when it passed through the X-ray scanner at the entrance security checkpoint.
