Man accused of fatal train stabbing of Ukrainian refugee indicted on federal charges

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV/Gray News) – The man accused of fatally stabbing a Ukrainian woman on a light rail train in Charlotte, North Carolina, was indicted on federal charges by a grand jury on Wednesday.

Decarlos Brown Jr. is accused of stabbing 23-year-old Iryna Zarutska in August.
