CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) -Two people have been arrested in connection to a suspected shoplifting and assault incident, according to Detective Ashley Phillips with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Crime Stoppers.
The incident was highlighted in a WBTV Crime Stoppers report earlier this week.
