Man arrested, accused of setting fire at a south Charlotte restaurant

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A man was arrested on Tuesday, accused of setting a south Charlotte restaurant on fire.

A police incident report claims 24-year-old Griffin Sanders broke into Leroy Fox Cotswold on South Sharon Amity Road shortly after 2 a.m. Tuesday and burned “several items within the business.”

He has been charged with felony counts of breaking and entering as well as burning the contents of an occupied commercial building…
