CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) -A grieving mother is asking for the public’s help identifying the person or people responsible for shooting and killing her son.
Steven Wheeler was killed in a shooting outside of the Brooklyn Lounge, located in uptown Charlotte on North Caldwell Street, on Sunday, Sept. 22.
