CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Sunday marked 18 years since 24-year-old Kyle Fleischmann disappeared.
He was last seen Nov. 9, 2007, in Uptown Charlotte outside what was then called the Buckhead Saloon on East Fifth Street.
Cameras caught Fleischmann walking on College Street heading toward Sixth Street near Fuel Pizza.
