The Monroe Police Department has confirmed the identities of two men dead in what’s being investigated as a double homicide, as per a recent social media update. Matthew Charles Moody, 52, and James Curtis Wallace, 49, were found deceased in an apartment on the 2600 block of Nelda Drive in Monroe.
