CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Steve Boland was excited to come home to a package he had been tracking all day, but when he got home, the package was nowhere in sight.
He’s watched and rewatched Ring camera footage dozens of times.
“Yeah, you see he looks at the ring camera right there,” he says, describing the video. “It’s unfortunate.”
