CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA – A disturbing video out of Plaza Midwood has sparked outrage after ICE agents caused a man to suffer a medical emergency during an arrest — then continued detaining him even as he lay on a stretcher receiving medical treatment. The footage, recorded by a local woman, shows ICE agents standing silently over the man while paramedics treat him, refusing to answer questions or produce a warrant.
The woman filming couldn’t believe what she was watching and repeatedly confronted the agents.
