On December 4, 2025, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department began investigating a fatal shooting in the 4800 block of Tuckaseegee Road in Charlotte, North Carolina. Officers responded to a call for medical assistance at about 8:16 a.m. They found a person with a gunshot wound. MEDIC personnel pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
The Homicide Unit, Crime Scene Search, Charlotte Fire Department, and Victim Services assisted with the investigation. The case is ongoing, with Detective Guillet as the lead investigator.
