CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A juvenile offender who had more than 275 charges across North and South Carolina was arrested two more times in Charlotte this fall.
The suspect was placed on probation in August and extradited to South Carolina after being charged with dozens of vehicle break-ins between April and June. Then, in October, officers say the juvenile was involved in a vehicle pursuit with the Mooresville Police Department after being observed breaking into multiple vehicles.
After wrecking the vehicle, the suspect was taken into custody, landing an additional 15 charges, including several for possessing stolen firearms. However, MPD’s request for a secure custody order was denied, and the suspect was released to their guardian…
