STANLY COUNTY, N.C. (WBTV) – The Charlotte man accused of raping a teenage girl last week allegedly used the social media app Snapchat to contact the girl, according to the Stanly County Sheriff’s Office.
Justin Brigham, the former owner of Sycamore Brewing in Charlotte, was accused of breaking into a home in Stanfield last week and raping a 13-year-old girl.
