LINCOLN COUNTY, N.C. — A Lincolnton man was arrested for alleged child sex crimes on Dec. 22.
Christopher Scott Owensby, 36, was charged with statutory sex offense and indecent liberties with a child under 13, arrest records show. The offense occurred in July 2024.
