ROCKWELL, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — The Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 78-year-old, James Thomas Kluttz.
Deputies say Kluttz was last seen at approximately 7:40 a.m. Jan. 1 by a family member in the 4100 block of Lower Stone Church Road, but later realized Kluttz was missing at approximately 4 p.m.
Kluttz is described as a white male with brown hair and glasses. He is believed to be wearing camouflage overalls and a red-and-black toboggan.
