In the ongoing investigation of a homicide in the Steele Creek Division, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department have made a significant breakthrough with the apprehension of 22-year-old suspect, Aristides Eli Orellana-Ramirez, as detailed in a recent CMPD news release.
