Gastonia considers transitional housing project for homeless people

Gastonia is in discussions with a developer to consider using HOME-American Rescue Plan money to fund a proposed transitional housing development.

At a meeting in December, Gastonia City Council gave staff the go ahead to continue negotiations with Towne Inc. for the development of a transitional housing development.
