CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Parents of Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools students say chronic bus delays that began at the start of the school year have left children waiting up to two hours at stops.
Jasmine Pinn, whose son attends Ridge Road Middle School, said the bus serving her son’s stop near Mallard Creek Road has been unreliable since the school year began, with some days seeing no bus arrival at all.
