CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Over 4,000 people were without power for hours in Charlotte’s Steele Creek area, according to Duke Energy.
The outage was reported shortly after 6 p.m. on Sunday and impacted approximately 4,095 customers.
