Telecommunications giant AT&T is signifcantly expanding its presence in Charlotte, announcing plans for a new office and the hiring of 200 full-time cybersecurity workers.
The AT&T Chief Security Office moved in this month into a temporary space at 8505 IBM Drive at Innovation Park. The company will relocate to its permanent 41,600-square-foot office in the same building in University City this summer, the company announced Wednesday.
