INDIAN TRAIL, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A crash Friday morning blocked all eastbound lanes of US Highway 74, according to the Union County Sheriff’s Office.
It’s unclear when exactly the crash occurred, but the UCSO posted a photo just before 8 a.m. on social media showing a wrecked dump truck down a slight embankment.
US-74 was closed going eastbound near Unionville Indian Trail Road and Kate’s Skating Rink, but the road has since reopened after the “quick service of the wrecker crew,” the UCSO says…
