Mixed-income apartment tower opens in Uptown with affordable units

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A new mixed-income residential tower opened in uptown Charlotte on Thursday, offering hundreds of apartments with 30% reserved for affordable housing.

INLIVIAN and Urban Atlantic celebrated the grand opening of Trella Uptown, a 353-unit apartment community at 426 N Tryon St. in the heart of the city’s business district.
