CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — If you’re craving Waffle House during this icy winter weather, your options are limited but not gone.
Several Charlotte-area Waffle House locations closed early Sunday at 5 p.m. as freezing rain and sleet moved through the region.
Queen City News confirmed that the Fort Mill, South Carolina, location also shut its doors at that time. According to restaurant staff, only three Waffle House locations in the Charlotte area are staying open 24 hours through Sunday night and into Monday:
- Waffle House, 603 Park Street, Belmont, NC
- Waffle House, 3309 Queen City Drive, Charlotte, NC
- Waffle House, 1229 W Roosevelt Blvd, Monroe, NC
