CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Charlotte firefighters battled a fire at a home in east Charlotte Saturday morning.
Crews were called to the 5800 block of Rupert Lane around 11:27 a.m. after multiple reports of a fire at a home. Despite heavy snow on the roads, the first fire company made it on scene within five minutes.
Firefighters arrived to find heavy fire and smoke showing from the two-story structure. Crews say the fire originated in the attic space of the home.
Around 11:48 a.m., the fire was brought under control. No injuries were reported for civilians and firefighters…
