STANLEY, N.C. (WBTV) – The town of Stanley remained at a crossroads for decades over whether to allow for an ABC liquor store until the Town Council took action on Tuesday night, voting 3-2 to establish an ABC board.
It clears the way for the town’s first liquor store.
