More than 60 people will lose their jobs this spring after a global manufacturer shutters its Charlotte region facility.
Boyd Corp. is closing its Monroe plant at 300 Acme Drive in September, according to an N.C. Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act report filed Wednesday with the North Carolina Department of Commerce.
