A Michelin-recommended steakhouse is moving ahead with opening in Charlotte this fall by offering foodies a few sneak peeks at what’s to come.
Guard and Grace, which already has locations in Denver and Houston, is now under construction on the 10th floor of the Vivian at Queensbridge Collective.
The 10,224-square-foot space will include a full-service bar and private dining rooms, along with a 2,000-square-foot outdoor terrace with skyline views.
The Denver location of the TAG Restaurant Group steakhouse, led by founder and executive chef Troy Guard Denver location is Michelin recommended. Its entry notes: “Steaks are the obvious draw but a full seafood bar is a close second.”…
