CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – A chef from Charlotte has plans to start his own food truck after he won more than $170,000 off a lottery game earlier this month.
The chef — Jose Naranjo — won $171,315 in the Feb. 11 “Carolina Cash 5″ drawing.
He bought his lucky ticket for $1 from the QuikTrip on South Central Avenue in Locust. He matched all five balls to win the jackpot…
