CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WJZY) — Allegations of predatory towing have caused quite a controversy after an incident at a Bojangles restaurant near South End on February 20.
“They basically stole my car,” said Ken Koontz, owner of a Cadillac SUV, who initially posted the incident to Facebook.
