CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A Charlotte mother says her daughter was choked by another student inside a bathroom at Rocky River High School, an incident she claims was recorded by other students but not reported to police by the school.
Shantel Young says the alleged attack happened on Wednesday and that she was not notified by school officials. Instead, she says she learned about it directly from her daughter.
