A block in Dilworth is set to be transformed with a hotel, a restaurant and over 400 apartments.
A Land Development Construction Plan permit for 1901 South Blvd. was filed to the city of Charlotte in late January by developers Centrum Realty & Development and Sorelle Capital.
The plan is for a mixed-use project that includes 422 apartments, a more than 249,000-square-foot parking structure in the middle and a 153-room hotel, according to the development plans.
