CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A man is facing multiple charges, including hit and run, after police said he failed to stop for a school bus and struck a 7-year-old boy in the University City area Thursday morning.
The suspect has been identified as Adarias Steffon Oliver. He is charged with passing a stopped bus and striking a person, driving while license is revoked for reasons other than a DWI, felony hit and run with injury and reckless driving involving willful or wanton disregard, according to officials.
