Masija Beer + Bites, the South Charlotte hangout mixing Korean street food with cocktails and soju shots, is calling last call on Thursday after just three months in business. The owners called the move a difficult decision and said they were “incredibly grateful for all the love and support,” while hinting that this is more of an intermission than a full curtain call.
Masija opened in December 2025 inside the McMullen Creek Market shopping center, taking over the suite formerly home to 704 Korean BBQ, according to the Charlotte Observer. The bar is listed at 8320 Pineville-Matthews Road, Suite 607 in local business directories such as MapQuest. In its brief run, Masija picked up a following for its late-night pours and Korean-inspired small plates.
