A North Carolina community is mourning the sudden death of a 13-year-old cheerleader who died in a golf cart accident. Julia Rooney was riding with friends on Monday night when she was thrown from the passenger seat during a low-speed turn near Woodland Heights Elementary and Middle School, according to The Charlotte Observer.
