CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – ICE is urging Charlotte leaders not to release a man charged in two separate deadly shootings this year.

The Department of Homeland Security announced on Monday, March 30, that ICE had lodged a detainer requesting that Charlotte politicians not release 22-year-old Angelvis Quintero Fernandez, a Venezuelan national.

Quintero Fernandez was accused of killing 44-year-old Ludvin Guzman Morales in January and Luis Guitierrez Mora in March…
