FORT MILL, S.C. (WBTV) – The town of Fort Mill is thinking about its long-term goals for residents and growth and has decided to place a temporary moratorium on certain development projects.
This is the second moratorium the town has enacted within the last year — the first put a pause on new housing developments through the end of 2025.
