Mount Holly man accused of poisoning wife, daughter with eyedrops pleads not guilty

MOUNT HOLLY, N.C. (WBTV) – Seven years after the death of his wife, a Gaston County man pleaded not guilty to killing her with eye drops and using the insurance payout.

Joshua Hunsucker, 41, pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder, insurance fraud and obtaining property by false pretense in the death of his wife, Stacy Hunsucker.
