GASTON COUNTY, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A Mount Holly man accused of fatally poisoning his wife with eye drops returned to court, filing a new request to move his trial out of the area.
According to court documents filed on Monday, April 6, Joshua Hunsucker submitted a renewed motion for a change of venue in Gaston Superior Court.
