CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte City Council’s Safety Committee is set to receive an update from the Charlotte Department of Transportation (CDOT) on Monday on a policy referral focused on whether red light cameras could return to city streets.
The discussion comes just months following a deadly hit-and-run in NoDa in January that killed 25-year-old Lance Sotelo.
