MOUNT HOLLY, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A church in Mount Holly took inspiration from another service in Charleston, South Carolina, in creating a fence of hope.
Good Shepherd Lutheran Pastor Kara Stewart said it became far more popular than expected.
“All of the best ideas come from somewhere else,” she told Queen City News. “It was incredibly surprising how quickly our fence was filled with ribbons. Within a few weeks, we began to see ribbons piling on top of one another.”
