CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – A deputy with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office was arrested in Mecklenburg County over the weekend.
The deputy — 40-year-old Michael Ray Hargrave — was arrested on Sunday, May 3, and was charged with communicating threats and cyberstalking.
An arrest warrant alleged that Hargrave sent a message to the victim, which in part said “I’m mean and vindictive person,” “I’m going on the attack,” and “I’m going full violent ruin your life.”…
