A 670-acre community is coming to Cabarrus County. Once completed, it’ll add 1,110 homes to a Charlotte suburb for families and seniors.
Atlanta-based PulteGroup held a groundbreaking in early May for their new neighborhood in fast-growing Midland called Carolina Ridge. Midland is about 25 miles east of Charlotte.
Carolina Ridge will be split into two communities. The Retreat at Carolina Ridge will have 613 single-family homes. PulteGroup is offering 15 floorplans ranging from 2,200 square feet to 4,400. Prices range for them is from the mid-$500,000s to $1 million…
