CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Traffic was jammed on I-85 South in northeast Charlotte Saturday afternoon because of two separate crashes.
The first happened near the exit to Statesville Avenue, just before I-77. Another crash happened in the backup, closer to the Graham Street exit.
