CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The man accused of setting fire to a west Charlotte bar and lounge using Molotov cocktails was indicted Monday.
James Thomas Johnson Jr. targeted Garden Bar and Lounge twice with Molotov cocktails in April, with the second attack causing an estimated $90,000 in damage.
