JPJ Arena expands accessibility options for sensory needs

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – John Paul Jones Arena at the University of Virginia has partnered with nonprofit Kulture City to offer expanded accessibility options for visitors with sensory needs.

The arena has received a Kulture City certification, which includes staff training and resources to better accommodate guests with sensory sensitivity. The certification also brings designated public spaces equipped with sensory tools and on-site professionals available to assist visitors.
