CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (CVILLE RIGHT NOW) – A Publix grocery store, along with a Jersey Mike’s Subs location and a VIV Nail Salon, will be part of the second phase of development at the Villages at Terrace Greene, according the Villages’ website.
Phase II is expected to be ready in 2027. The Villages’ website touted “completed deals” with all three businesses.
Located in Barboursville on Terrace Greene Circle, off of Route 29, on a 60-acre parcel located north of the Terrace Green Apartment Homes, Phase I included five buildings with 19 retail spaces.
