Charlottesville Apartment Break-In Attempt Backfires on the Intruders
At 5 a.m. on Tuesday morning, two men broke into an apartment at the Oxford Hill complex on the 700 block of Madison Avenue in Charlottesville. They came through an upstairs balcony.
The resident inside was awake. And armed.

Gunfire was exchanged between the resident and both intruders. When it was over, the resident walked away without a scratch.
