Andy Murphy, named CEO of Afton’s Veritas Vineyard & Winery in September, lives by what he calls “planned serendipity.”
“One of the through lines in my story is I just happened to have shown up in places where there were some crazy wild entrepreneurs that needed help,” Murphy remembered, sitting outside the winery’s tasting room as the team prepared for its last wedding of the year.
