ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) — The Albemarle County Police Department has arrested a Louisa man in connection with an armed robbery. According to police, 42-year-old Dwayne T. Robinson of Louisa has been charged with robbery, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and knowingly communicating in writing a threat to kill.
